Phoenix Restaurant Group hosts wine dinner series
Chefs Josh, Jeremy and Jason prepare dishes for the Phoenix Restaurant Group Wine Dinner.

Three of the region’s best chefs came together to craft a custom menu for the first in a series of wine dinners staged at historic properties.

Phoenix Restaurant Group (PRG) chefs Chase Blowers of The National Exemplar, Jeremy Luers of The Presidents Room and The Phoenix, and Josh House of the Golden Lamb teamed up to create a delicious culinary event – the Phoenix Restaurant Group Chefs Wine Dinner Series.

Each chef will host a different wine dinner with specially paired menu and wine features at their landmark restaurant and open their kitchen to their partner chefs to collaborate, co-create, cook and serve the dinner.

Chef Blowers and The National Exemplar hosted the first dinner in the series with iconic wine maker Ben Smith from Cadence Winery. During the five-course dinner and wine pairing event, Smith discussed wines and Cadence Winery’s vineyard sites and why the Columbia Valley region in Washington State is conducive to making some of the world’s best Bordeaux style blends.

Mark your calendars now for June 3 at The Presidents Room and August 7 at the Golden Lamb.
