It's the perfect time of year to treat that special someone to an unforgettable experience, and at The National Exemplar, we have you covered this Valentine's Day!
From Thursday, February 14, through Sunday, February 17, we will be offering a romantic three-course, prix-fixe menu:
Valentine's Dinner Menu
First Course
CLASSIC CRAB CAKE
one large crab cake served with celery root-granny smith apple slaw, remoulade sauce, arugula & lemon
CURRIED WINTER SQUASH SOUP
local honey whipped cream, fennel pollen
LITTLE GEM SALAD
whipped goat cheese, strawberries, spiced pecans
Second Course
FREE RANGE CHICKEN
wild mushroom risotto, butternut squash, broccolini
BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI
brown butter, sage, balsamic, hazelnuts
SHORT RIB
swiss chard, celery root-apple purée, red wine bordelaise
