Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week is back!

The National Exemplar will serve up a delicious menu as part of the region's celebration of culinary tourism. Executive Chef Jeremey Luers and the Exemplar's culinary team have created a prix fixe three-course meal for just $35 per person, available during dinner service September 25 through October 1, 2017. The menu for this delicious dining event includes:

First Course 

choice of 

Clam & Corn Chowder

Broadbent country ham, chive, crispy garlic

 

Herbed Duck Confit Crepe

duck proscuitto, truffled goat cheese, beets, arugula, baby kale, figs, aged balsamic

 

Second Course

choice of

Turbot

creamy spinach puree, wild mushroom, gnocchi, brown butter, caper, lemon


Short Ribs
whipped potato-parsnip puree, Swiss chard, romanesco, cipollene onion, black garlic braising jus

 

Third Course

choice of

Chai Creme Brûlée

rich creme brûlée, macerated figs

cream cheese icing, served warm
